I was so disappointed with my primary doctor after years of sub-par care that it was time to make a change, I'm so glad I did. I was fortunate to come across urHealthcare in Rocklin. As a new patient I was able to get a appointment the same day. The front desk was both friendly and attentive. My wait to see Dr. Dilip was long but that's understandable as I was a walk-in and didn't have a appointment. Dr. Dilip was a true gentleman and was actually open to my concerns. I had a better interaction with Dr. Dilip in one visit than I had with my previous Dr. In 24 months. I'm looking forward to my follow-up visit as I'm not getting any younger, but I feel urHealthcare is really concerned about the health of their patients. ~ Kurt W
I recently saw Dr. Fakiri for the first time to establish care as my new primary care provider, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Fakiri was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain things clearly, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and provided insight that made me feel both informed and cared for. Their bedside manner was warm, respectful, and reassuring — and that extended to the entire support staff, who were equally kind and professional. My son also saw Dr. Fakiri and received the same level of exceptional care. He walked away feeling heard, respected, and equipped with sound medical advice. I'm actually responding for my Granddaughter, Kaytlyn Byrd, who recently saw the doctor there. She could not stop talking about what a wonderful doctor she was - actually listened to her and answered her questions in a way she could understand. In order to understand how excited she was, you would have to know the struggles she has had with other supposed doctors over the last 3 years. It's been a horrible experience. So, on behalf of Kaytlyn, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like (per her insurance) she will be able to continue with your doctor which saddens us so much.
