I'm actually responding for my Granddaughter, Kaytlyn Byrd, who recently saw the doctor there. She could not stop talking about what a wonderful doctor she was - actually listened to her and answered her questions in a way she could understand. In order to understand how excited she was, you would have to know the struggles she has had with other supposed doctors over the last 3 years. It's been a horrible experience. So, on behalf of Kaytlyn, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like (per her insurance) she will be able to continue with your doctor which saddens us so much. I recently saw Dr. Fakiri for the first time to establish care as my new primary care provider, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Fakiri was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain things clearly, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and provided insight that made me feel both informed and cared for. Their bedside manner was warm, respectful, and reassuring — and that extended to the entire support staff, who were equally kind and professional. My son also saw Dr. Fakiri and received the same level of exceptional care. He walked away feeling heard, respected, and equipped with sound medical advice. It's such a relief to have found a provider who treats both of us with such genuine care and clarity. Highly recommend! ~ Julie K
The entire staff on my 1st visit (Rocklin, CA) ... the Receptionist Admin, Nurse's Mandeep & Carrie, and Dr Fakiri were exceptional, efficient & considerate to my disability being DEAF. Both Professional, medical expertise & personal kind gentle care a plus (and I've seen my fair share of Dr's thru the years as I'm a Cancer Survivor). *** And ALL had warm smiles, which goes along ways. *** The visit was in a timely manner. The office/wait room had medical literature brochures, business cards, electronic appt sign in, refrigerator w/bottled water for patients, kids room & plenty of seating.
