I recently saw Dr. Fakiri for the first time to establish care as my new primary care provider, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Fakiri was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain things clearly, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and provided insight that made me feel both informed and cared for. Their bedside manner was warm, respectful, and reassuring — and that extended to the entire support staff, who were equally kind and professional. My son also saw Dr. Fakiri and received the same level of exceptional care. He walked away feeling heard, respected, and equipped with sound medical advice. It's such a relief to have found a provider who treats both of us with such genuine care and clarity. Highly recommend! ~ Julie K

I'm actually responding for my Granddaughter, Kaytlyn Byrd, who recently saw the doctor there. She could not stop talking about what a wonderful doctor she was - actually listened to her and answered her questions in a way she could understand. In order to understand how excited she was, you would have to know the struggles she has had with other supposed doctors over the last 3 years. It's been a horrible experience. So, on behalf of Kaytlyn, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like (per her insurance) she will be able to continue with your doctor which saddens us so much. The entire staff on my 1st visit (Rocklin, CA) ... the Receptionist Admin, Nurse's Mandeep & Carrie, and Dr Fakiri were exceptional, efficient & considerate to my disability being DEAF. Both Professional, medical expertise & personal kind gentle care a plus (and I've seen my fair share of Dr's thru the years as I'm a Cancer Survivor). *** And ALL had warm smiles, which goes along ways. *** The visit was in a timely manner. The office/wait room had medical literature brochures, business cards, electronic appt sign in, refrigerator w/bottled water for patients, kids room & plenty of seating. The whole process was probably one of the best I have ever had going to the doctor. I was able to easily make an appointment online for early Monday morning when booking on Saturday. When I arrived, check in was easy and fairly quick on a tablet and then I was escorted to the back within five minutes. The assistant who checked me in and took my base measurements like weight and height and blood pressure was very friendly and offered me water before leaving the room. The doctor came in in about another five minutes and she took her time and asked lots of questions and had a very gentle demeanor. Very happy to have Dr. Fakiri as my new primary care provider. ~ Rebekah R

I will definitely be a returning patient at urHealthcare. Each person was kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and tidy. It was a remarkably peaceful environment. I was treated with respect and dignity. The nurse and doctor were efficient and thorough. There was an unavoidable minor issue confirming my insurance. They took the time to resolve it and regularly checked in with me as I waited. I happened to be the only patient in the waiting room at the time. They do get very busy sometimes, I’m told. If you want to go to a place where you want to feel comfortable and relieved this is the place. UR Healthcare will be a choice for me and my family members forever. If i want to recommend a health care facility to any friend this place would be the one. The place is well organized, the registration is fast and easy, they got affordable and reliable memberships, the equipments are brand new and updated to the latest versions, and the staff is amazingggg. I went there for a consultation and i would not regret my choice. The thing that got me is how friendly and helpful the staff are. Specifically there was a gentlemen called mr. Maroof, he helped me through the whole experience he introduced and explained every detail that i needed to know. Again.... 5 stars! It's been almost one year since I started going to URHealthcare and my health has dramatically improved since then. I had a appointment with Nataliya today and all my test results came back much improved. I feel so much better (physically) than I did when I first walked into this office 12 months ago. The difference between my old Dr. and URHealthercare is that URHealthcare listens to your concerns, put a plan in place and are very proactive to address those concerns. My only regret is that I didn't seek out a new Dr. sooner. ~ Kurt W

urHealthcare Urgent Care & Primary Care Urgent Care is Amazing! The wait is never long and I'm being seen in a room before I know it unlike the hospital which takes hours and hours to be seen. Great team here at URHealthcare in Rocklin. From the staff at the front desk to the ones that unfortunately have to put me on the scale to the physician, assistant to was incredibly thorough confirmed all my needs and for a first time visit made me feel very well taken care of. Keep it up because I’m a very broken man And I need some fixing. Doctors office was easy to find. Receptionist’s were very helpful and professional. The Back office staff was efficient, professional and patient. Nataliya was very nice, professional and efficient. She listened to me very carefully, did not rush me or cut me off when I was talking. She was efficient in the care she gave to each of my issues. Doctor Fakiri is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. She was very attentive to my needs. After reviewing my lab results, she did not try to overload me with medications or turn my body into a “chemical factory,” as many doctors would try. Instead, she created a thoughtful follow-up plan. Alondra was great she got me checked in really quickly and I didn’t have to fill out pages and pages of paperwork. I got seen right away even though I was a walk in. Doctor Fakiri listened to me and was able to identify the problem and gave me solutions to solve it. They were also very great at providing a doctors note so that my accommodations could be met at work. Will definitely be back if I have any more ailments! ~ Leiana L

I had a wonderful experience and was taken care of well. I did a video visit for my pink eye/eye flu and though my laptop was giving me a hard time connecting the audio, the MA there did a great job in placing my call over the phone and the video over my computer. The physician assistant ‘ natalya” was very sweet and gave me comprehensive care . Making a follow up with them was also easily doable. Highly recommend. ~ priyanka s

I had a bad sore throat and body aches that weren’t getting better, so I stopped by urHealthcare without an appointment. Even though they were seeing a lot of patients, I didn’t wait long. Dilip took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and clearly explained what was going on. I left with a prescription and solid instructions. Renata the Nurse Practitioner is professional, caring and pays attention to detail. She is kind, patient and doesn't make me feel rushed like most urgent care places do. I was a Kaiser patient for 6 years and I experienced lots of ups and downs. However I had to change my insurance due to lack of care on recent visits and switch back my insurance. I was hopeless until I found them and they helped me a lot. Now im glad I left Kaiser and came to them instead. They finally found my problems and have helped me through my problems. Today was my first time going here for my new Dr. It was a good experience and the staff are all friendly and professional. I have seen many doctors in the past year from being ill, but Dr, Fakira surpasses any doctor from Sutter Medical in excellence. She is very attentive and caring and listens to you. The facilities are great and everyone there is very nice. Very close to my home so I chose her to be my main doctor.
